Female Entrepreneurs Are Taking Over The World, According To This Infographic

In the past decade, there has been a tremendous rise in female-owned businesses nationwide. 

According to Entrepreneur.com, there are more than 9 million women-owned businesses in the U.S. today which show a 1.5 million business increase from the 7.7 million reported female-owned businesses in 1995.

According to the National Foundation of Women Business Owners, women currently hold the title for the fastest growing demographic for entrepreneurs in the country.

In the same study, it shows In the past 15 years female-owned businesses have grown 1.5 times faster than any other small businesses.

The same businesses are estimated to create more than 5 million jobs by the year 2018. That is not the end of the story, there is still so much more work to do. Women only hold the title 30 percent of business owners worldwide.
